I’m working on being an organized writer. That’s why I shared the Get Organized blog post series. If you make the effort to get organized, you’ll spend more time writing and less time looking for stuff and wondering where the time went. I’ve provided a link back to each post if you want to review.
Get Organized to W-R-I-T-E
Then Get Motivated
Let nothing keep you from writing. Be like the postal service:
Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.
Write—no matter what comes your way. Write and rewrite. Edit and share your work with others for critique. Submit to publishers or publish your own work. You’ll get tired. You may become frustrated or discouraged. Whatever happens, consider this Bible verse, 1 Corinthians 15:58 (NIV):
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
